Username

• First 6 letters of last name
• First letter of first name
• Last 4 digits of SSN

Example: Mickey Starfish, SSN: 123456789 would be “starfim6789”

Password

Enter your password. If this is the first time you have logged into the system, your password will be your SSN without dashes. You will be prompted to change your password which must be at least 6 characters. If  you’re a returning employee and do not remember your password, please click on “FORGOT PASSWORD” or contact Bianca Altamirano for assistance.
